We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription charge.
• Refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Requests must be made by the account holder.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to roman@outreachminer.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the 7-day window.
