OutreachMiner is a web-based tool that helps users discover websites and contact information for cold email outreach purposes. The Service uses third-party APIs (including Serper) to perform Google searches and retrieves publicly available contact information from websites.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) when sending emails using information discovered through the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through Paddle, our authorised reseller. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by OutreachMiner and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of search results or contact information retrieved through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutreachMiner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
